Megapot Data API Terms of Service
I acknowledge that the Megapot Data API is provided as-is, without any warranties or guarantees of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Megapot makes no commitments regarding uptime, latency, or service levels, and is not obligated to provide support.
I will use the API in accordance with its published rate limits and authentication requirements. I will not attempt to circumvent rate-limit or authentication controls, scrape beyond my permitted tier, resell or sublicense raw API responses as a standalone product, or use the API for any unlawful purpose.
I understand that Megapot may modify, throttle, suspend, revoke API keys, or discontinue any portion of the API at any time, with or without notice. I am responsible for monitoring announcements and migrating my integration accordingly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megapot is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from my use of, or inability to use, the API.
